Whaaky Complaints - False or Fact

Nowadays, most of the online shoppers have understood the right to complain about the services or products that do not meet their personal satisfaction. The general human tendency is that we tend to complain more quickly as compared to praising people, products or services. But, nowadays, these criticisms have increased considerably. You might have come across the term ‘critics proved wrong’ and the same thing is applicable to Whaaky complaints as well, Whaaky is the e-commerce portal.
Reasons behind negative criticisms:
  1. Anybody can post a complaint:
When you think about the reasons behind the increasing negative criticism, these days, it is easy to post comments over the internet on anybody or products. Whenever, humans feel angry about a service, they post their negative comment on the internet without thinking about the past service they received from a company. As everything is done at a faster pace these days, the act of writing online complaints is also done at a faster pace without knowledge about products or service.
  1.  Improper understanding:
Most of the people just place their order with an online store without completely understanding their offers and descriptions. So, with the hope that they have placed their order correctly, they expect the same goods to be delivered, but they say that the company has sent a product without offers or wrong products. So, before placing our order, it is better to completely understand offers, discounts if any, and conditions so that we will get the right products delivered to our doorsteps otherwise if we don’t understand completely, we will end up with disappointment and quickly get into to conclusion that this web site is not good. This is happening in many cases these days because of consumer’s un-awareness or not complete attention to product details since they want to buy products fast and they expect even faster delivery.
  1. Blindly Copying others’ views:
Some people just complain about a site without actually trying their own hands on the site. They just post the comments that they heard from their fellow visitors without analyzing whether the genuine information is given. For instance, when it comes to Whaaky complaints, most of the comments are said just not experienced by the reviewer himself.
To conclude, complaints need not be taken seriously as people tend to complain easily on the above-mentioned grounds. Always ask your doubts to customer support executives who are there to help you out in buying good products.
